Delivery via truck-mounted – Forklift /Crane/Tail lift
Every effort will be made to unload and place the pallets where the customer would ideally like them on site (i.e. into their garage.), however this is at the drivers discretion taking into account safety and potential damage to property. If this cannot be done, delivery will be made at kerbside.
Sydney Metro Delivery (Zone 1-5)
Subject to stock availability, delivery takes about 3~4 working days from the day of dispatch.
If the product is out of stock, it will show as out of stock, simple as that.
All the tiles have their own batch/shade number based on each time of production. Colour can be vary batch to batch. If you need extra tiles from your previous order, please contact us to check whether the same shade of tiles are available.
It normally takes 3 to 5 business days for metro areas and 10-14 days for interstate. Please keep in mind the delivery time frame can be vary depending on the individual situation.
