Delivery via truck-mounted – Forklift /Crane/Tail lift
Every effort will be made to unload and place the pallets where the customer would ideally like them on site (i.e. into their garage.), however this is at the drivers discretion taking into account safety and potential damage to property. If this cannot be done, delivery will be made at kerbside.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS PRODUCT IS IN STOCK?

All the tiles have their own batch/shade number based on each time of production. Colour can be vary batch to batch. If you need extra tiles from your previous order, please contact us to check whether the same shade of tiles are available.
DO YOU OFFER PICK-UP?
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
It normally takes 3 to 5 business days for metro areas and 10-14 days for interstate. Please keep in mind the delivery time frame can be vary depending on the individual situation.
HOW WILL MY TILES BE DELIVERED?
Delivery will be done via truck mounted forklift, crane or tail lift. Every effort will be made to unload and place the pallets where you ideally like them on site. However, this is at the driver's discretion taking into account safety and potential damage to property. If this cannot be done, delivery will be made at kerbside.
